Only .45 mm - (1/60'') In Thickness,
EcoLogical Heat film panels are very thin and are absent field wires and other conductors providing more convenient installations under tile stone and wood floors.

The entire film panel heats evenly with a tolerance of +/- 3 degrees Celsius across the entire heat film panel.

The MultiFloor41 heat film panel consists of 2 layers of PET film (polyethylene) with carbon resistor material between the film layers. Flat copper wire provides the current to heat the film. The polyethylene film on both sides includes a frabric material, which provides a mechanical bond for adhering the film panel to wood or concrete sub floors.

When electrified with 120v or 240v power the carbon material acts as a resistor and generates even heat over the entire heat film panel and finished floor surface.

Temperature limits are controlled by the required thermostat designed to operate at 85 deegrees Fahrenheit.

EcoLogical Heat film panels are tested over 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius).

EcoLogical Heat film panels may be installed under tile, stone, nail down wood, and engineered wood flooring applications.

Because of the carbon conductor technology the
EcoLogical Heat film panel generates a Far Infrared type of radiant heat. Far Infrared is pleasant, penetrating heat.

EcoLogical Heat film's unique thinness .45 mm - (1/60'') is easy to install because the heat film lays perfectly flat on the sub floor.

The heat film panels radiate uniform heat, do not disturb the ambient air, require no maintenance, and are very inexpensive to operate producing 15 watts per square foot. The entire heat film panel heats evenly, warms the entire floor as well as the objects in the room.

WoodFloor37 heat film is similar to MultiFloor41heat film and includes an additional film layer with aluminum which provides an electrical ground.
